Axis Powers Decals

One of the most commonfaults which I find in small scale armor kits is poor decals.Very few kits come with decals which I consider high quality,such as one can find in large scale armor models, and aircraftmodels of all scales. Plus, the vast majority of resin kits don'tcome with any decals at all. With few, if any, after-marketcompanies making decals for us 1/72nd scale armor modelers, thisputs us in a horrible position when it comes to finding adequatemarkings for our models.

So I was extremely happyto find these new decals from Attack Hobby Kits, designed for useon tanks from the minor Axis powers. The decals are very thin andwell printed. However, the yellow ink was printed out ofregister, which ruined the Romanian air identity insignia.

The set includes markingsfor the following:

• Early Slovak National Insignia (Pz 35(t), Pz 38(t), Tatra T-72);
• Late Slovak National Insignia (Pz 38(t), Pz II, Pz III H, Pz III N);
• Romanian National Insignia and Air Identity Markings (Pz 35(t), Pz 38(t), Pz IV J);
• Early Bulgarian National Insignia (Pz 38(t), Stug III);
• Late Bulgarian National Insignia (Pz IV H);
• Early Hungarian National Insignia and turret crest (Pz 38(t), Toldi);
• Late Hungarian National Insignia (Turan, Zrynyi, Pz III, Tiger I).
