M1A1 Abrams Brass DetailSet

This extremely useful setis composed of 19 parts, which include:

• turret side and rear bustle racks, with braces
• doors for gunner's sight
• headlight guards
• rear tow brackets
• engine exhaust grates
• sprocket wheel covers
• miscellaneous handles

This is one of the fewbrass sets I have seen in which all the parts are useful. Thesprocket wheel covers are optional, as I read that very few M1A1Abrams used these "training wheels" as the crews calledthem. Obviously, this is a much simpler set than the PARToffering, but the bustle racks in this set will be much easier toassemble, and of course, this set is much cheaper. Very goodinstructions are included. The set is designed for the Revellkit, but likely could be used for the ESCI M1A1 as well. Notethat the bustle racks were not used on the M1 Abrams, so themajority of this set would not be useful for M1 kits.
