T-80 Brass Detail Set

This nice set is composedof 25 parts, which include:

• engine deck screens
• snorkel rack
• searchlight mount
• MG mount and ammo box
• headlight guards
• gunsight glare shield
• side skirts and handles
• turret bustle rack

Although not as extensiveas the Eduard T-80 set, that set is more suited for the earlyT-80 releases, such as Matchbox, i.e., the kits which weremissing many turret details. This ExtraTECH set is better suitedfor the Revell release of the T-80, which already has all ofthose previously missing details. The quality of the etching onthis set is fantastic, and not readily apparent on the abovescan. The detail on the side skirts in particular, is especiallyfine. Once again, if money is no object, I would recommend theEduard set over this one, but this is an extremely fine set also,and you won't go wrong with it. Recommended.
