I know that SSP is typically 1/76 scale but I have compared the Academy 1/72 kit with the 1/76 Scale kits from Airfix and Nitto/Airfix. Even though the Academy Kübel is slightly larger then the other two it has smaller wheels. The sand tyres in the SSP set is in the same size as the Academy wheels so I will use them on that kit. Included in the white metal set is a driver with some equipment. The figure is a little thinner than a Preiser figure but that could be a good thing when trying to mount him in a car. Included is also two jerrycans that often are seen on the desert Kübels.
